Convenient location near public transportation and local restaurants. Strong water pressure in shower and spacious bathtub. Booked at a good rate with comfortable room and helpful staff. Quiet courtyard and available parking. Coffee/tea in room and good breakfast buffet.

I recently stayed at this luxurious hotel that was conveniently located in the heart of the city. From here, I could reach many sightseeings by foot as well as having U-Bahn just at a three minutes walk. The hotel had fantastic service with 24-hour room service, dry cleaning, housekeeping, and laundry. My room was equipped with all the necessary room amenities, and I enjoyed the facilities like the sitting area, terrace, and in-room safe. Moreover, the breakfast buffet was great, and the staff attempted to accommodate our missed request satisfactorily.
Highly recommended to family and friends.

The hotel's cleanliness was excellent, and the facilities were great. the location, right in front of the train line and close to a nice grocery store, made transportation and shopping convenient. The hotel's close proximity to the underground metro line was a huge plus, great for easy access to the city's attractions.

I was really surprised by the hotel employee at reception were really nice to resolve a check-in issue and upgraded our room to a higher category. The location of the hotel in the western part of Berlin was excellent, with the famous Kudam just around the corner. The Vangog bar on the ground floor was a pleasant place to relax. The hotel room was spacious, tidy, and the bed was very comfortable. The open buffet breakfast provided by the restaurant was excellent, and the front office even offered extra food and beverages for in-room consumption.
